Monochrome style

Spring-Summer collections are all over the place with bold prints and bright colours. Regardless of how much we are in love with these trends, there are still times when you want to dress up simple yet chic. This is where the monochromatic trend comes as a life saviour.

No matter how cherished the over-the-top prints and color-blocking trend is, designers are refreshing and embracing the monochromatic look this season! If you are a minimalist, this trend could work all year around for you.

There are no special technical rules to adopt this trend. All you need is to combine different pieces together in the same colour; different hues work too. It is as simple as that!

We are rocking this trend with a minimalist long grey skirt paired with trendy draped blouse. It is notable how well different hues have worked together in this outfit. Monochrome looks are even better if you want to draw attention to a particular statement accessory, bag or even your make-up!

Pick the color that you are most comfortable in, but as the saying goes ‘less is more’, it is advisable to start with the neutrals.
